Birth Secret - Deeper Into

On the last post i've been writing about the birth secret. But in this chapter i've will explain more deeper into the topic that i have wrote. In hope for that u all will understand more about what i'm writing. Here's the fact :-

1. Birth plans are not blueprints for the actual delivery.

There are so many birth plans, on how you want your baby to be delivered, what kind of pain relief you want and etc, on the internet or book that you buy. But, every pregnancy is difference, that's make the birth plan for every individual is unique. Remember, birth plan is a wish list, not a must do checklist.

2. Pregnancy books are big on euphemisms.

Most pregnancy books don't fully explain about birthing process. It's only full of descriptions on the changes to the body and the development of the baby, but don't dwell about actual delivery. It's because giving birth is an extraordinary experience that is difference to each women.

3. You may no need your husband around.

In the movies you always saw that the husband is always around the wife. But in the real world you may want him out of the labour room. This maybe because you may not feel like bonding with your husband. Dads may often given the honour to cut the umbilical if their can bear the sight of the actual delivery. If not, your husband better wait for you at the outside of the delivery room.

4. Labour pains are not the same for every women.

Do not insist having an epidural because it may cause you more stress to the situation because you've essentially taken away a good pain control option.
